Interesting news from Mark Verheiden! Sunday, November 21, 2010 Falling Skies Mini Update For major updates, you'll have to check the official TNT site, but for mini (non-spoiler) updates, I'm you're guy! Anyhow, shooting is officially finished and the ten episodes of season one are being post-produced "as I write." For those not steeped in production lingo, "post" is an all encompassing term that covers editing, music, FX, dubbing... basically everything that transforms the raw footage from the shoot into glorious episodes of television. I don't think it's a spoiler to note that Falling Skies will have a considerable amount of special FX to create the full "alien invasion" motif... More news as it develops... and expect something VERY interesting come December...verheiden.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the updates Raffy ;D December... like in... December 2010? Right!?? This news deserves some alien looking dancing banana! ;D ETA: Nice interview with Drew Roy (nice suit too ... ) I like the description of Yin and Yang / heart and head for the father and son dynamics. I feel like I'm gonna like a lot these two together And funny that they write "Drew Roy - Hal Mason"... after a show that hasn't aired yet!

That's not an alien dancing banana, it's my physiology professor. Or at least his twin, with the creepy eyes and all. *shudders* Oh no. Personally I hope we don't get to see any more news until the show airs. No pictures, no trailer, nothing. ... reverse psychology- it worked last time... But seriously, I can't wait to find out what the something interesting is! ;D I thought Drew looked very good in that interview. He's handsome and well spoken. and that IS a nice suit.

To be fair, I'm sure he'd look like a dancing alien banana even if he wasn't a professor. Wonderful person, I'm sure Oh, I do. ;D

Oh yeah, good point! ;D
Especially since they always mention Falling Skies and Noah Wyle in the articles talking about "Christmas in Washington"...

Could be it, but if that's what it is I hope that someone gets the ads up on Youtube quickly so I can see them. I'd still like it to be something more and bigger though.

Yeah, Mark Verheiden said something "VERY interesting". Ads are interesting, but not necessarily requiring a capital letters VERY . Can ads include a trailer? If nothing comes out of TNT's Christmas "party" in 2 days, I'll feel entitled to pout...
